Why not free?
National portals charge per listing and own the buyer. A flat plan means every listing you publish costs nothing extra, and every enquiry comes straight to you. Private owners still list free — that's the buyer traffic you're in front of.
How the quota works
Each plan includes a number of new listings per calendar month. Once something's published it stays live for as long as it's on the market — the quota is about pace, not shelf life. Unused quota doesn't roll over.
How claiming works
Find your office, claim it with an email on your agency's domain (instant) or let us check by phone (a business day). You then have 72 hours to pick a plan. No plan, and the profile simply goes back to unclaimed — claim it again any time.
Agency plan questions
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes. Monthly plans cancel any time from the billing portal and run to the end of the month you've paid for. Yearly plans are billed once a year at two months' discount.
What happens to my listings if I cancel?+
Listings that are already live stay live until they sell, lease or expire. You can't publish new ones or edit the agency profile until a plan is active again.
Do REAXML feeds count against the quota?+
Yes — every new listing your CRM pushes counts as one of the month's new listings. Updates to existing listings don't. Growth and Network include the feed; Office is manual publishing.
Are the Featured and Premium listing upgrades included?+
No. Those are one-off, per-listing boosts (top of search for 30 days) that any plan can buy from the listing's page. Growth and Network include a Featured agency placement instead.
Is there an invoice for my accountant?+
Stripe emails a tax invoice for every payment, and the billing portal keeps your history.
