Listings
- You may only list a property you own or are authorised to market. Agents must hold a current Victorian estate agent or agent's representative licence.
- Listings must be accurate: price guides, inspection times, features and photos of the actual property. We remove listings that mislead.
- Standard listings are free. Paid upgrades (Featured, Premium) run for the stated number of days from payment and are not refundable once live, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
- We may edit, hide or remove any listing that breaks these terms, the law, or the spirit of a local property site.
Information on the site
Suburb medians, beach distances, calculators and guides are provided as general information. They are estimates and opinions, not valuations, legal advice or financial advice. Confirm anything that matters with a licensed agent, conveyancer, lender or the State Revenue Office before you act on it.
Reviews
Reviews must be your own genuine experience with the agency. We moderate before publishing and may remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, written by competitors or that we can't verify. Agencies can reply but can't remove reviews.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. We can suspend accounts that abuse the site.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Bunting Media Pty Ltd isn't liable for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
