Real Estate Mornington Peninsula (realestatemorningtonpeninsula.au) is operated by Bunting Media Pty Ltd. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email, phone and message, passed to the agent or seller you enquired with and kept so we can confirm delivery.
- Accounts: email, name, phone and a hashed password. Agents and sellers also give us listing details.
- Property alerts: your email and search criteria, so we can send the emails you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Reviews: your name (shown) and email (not shown), plus a hashed version of your IP address to spot fake review rings.
- Usage: which listings are viewed, saved and enquired about, in aggregate, to show agents how their listing is going. Saved properties are stored in your browser unless you log in.
What we don't do
We don't sell your details. We don't give your email to agents you haven't enquired with. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
Who we share with
Email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe — we never see card numbers), hosting (Railway) and map tiles (OpenFreeMap). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain about how we've handled it: hello@realestatemorningtonpeninsula.au. If you're not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
